Spring Salad

With a bright and colorful Spring Salad like this, we cannot say No.


This Spring Salad was specially made  as a side dish for my children to appreciate and to enjoy the delicious taste of vegetables.


To the left, that is Basmati Rice cooked with Smoke Oyster, Wild Caught Baby Shrimp with Green Peas and Spices accompany with Harissa and Sour Cream.
Everyone love to enjoy a good hearty Potato Salad so, here is one recipe you will really want to try. You can never have enough recipe or different version of Potato Salad since they are all "Deliciously Simple" and make a lovely side dish

Ingredients
5 medium potatoes, peeled, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and finely diced
1/2 cup finely chopped pickle
2-3tablespoon mayonnaise
½ small red onion fine chopped
½ small red and green pepper finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1.   Boil potatoes for about 25 to 30 minutes or  until soft.
2.   Drained and put  potatoes into a large bowl.
3.   Add  and stir in all ingredients
4.   Chill for about 2 hours
5.   garnish and serve
