Homemade Popcorn Ball

1. 1/3 pop corn ( I used a pot on medium heat with 1 tablespoon oil, add 1/3 whole grain popcorn, covered and allow it to pop)
2. Divided popcorn into two
3. In a separate pot add 1/4 cup of sugar, put on medium heat, and allow it to liquify.
4. add a few drops of food color of your choice

5. Remove from stove. Now add popcorn and toss until coated
6. P.S. Need to work very quickly when forming the ball and be careful with the hot sugar syrup.
7. Repeat the same process for different color

1 teaspoon butter
Method:
1. Preheat oven @350 degrees, toasted almond sliced 5-7 minutes
2. butter cookie pan and set aside
3. In a pot, put sugar on med-low hat and let sugar liquified, add honey
4. pour and spread out on buttered cookie pan
5. cut into desire pieces
P.S. you must work very quickly to prevent clustering and be careful with boiling sugar and honey syrup
