Rolambean
Here is a unique one pot meal " 🐑 Rolambean🐑" :- is roasted leg of lamb with braised white beans serving homemade mashed potatoes
🐑For the recipe you will need a leg of lamb washed drained and cut slits into the lamb leg paired with some herbs and spices.
🐑Marinade:- you will need one teaspoon ginger, cayenne pepper, curry powder, turmeric, mustard seeds, paprika
2 teaspoon salt, and black pepper
6-8 tablespoon of oil
one head of garlic minced
one medium onion
quarter cup of chopped parsley quarter cup of chopped cilantro
🐑Mixed all the ingredients together and then rubbed it generously on to the lamb leg then let it marinade for 20 to 30 minutes
🐑Steps:
Heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and seared meat for 30 minutes uncovered then lower temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit covered lamb leg and baked for 30 minutes.
🐑Add large chopped onions, large chopped tomatoes to the beans as shown, covered pan then lower temperature to 275 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for additional 30 minutes or until meat is tender and beans are creamy.
🐑Arrange this tender lamb leg and creamy braised white beans onto a beautiful platter, garnished and served with homemade mash, Enjoy!
