As mom of three and an accountant graduate, I enjoyed food photography and writing recipes. Hello everyone welcome to"deliciouslysimple1" homecooking channel. Here is a super awesome recipe for you to make watermelon rind pickle so next time yo cut open a watermelon; don't throw away your watermelon rind...just pickled them cause they are rich in vitamins and minerals and healthy to eat.
Recipes:
6 cups water + 6 cups watermelon rinds+ 1 cup apple vinegar
Pickled spices and brines: 1 tsp coriander seeds, 2 star anise, 3-5 cloves, 2-3 pieces cinnamon sticks, 2 bay leaves,3 pieces ginger ~8 allspice 1 tsp coarse black pepper corn, and 1 tsp salt, 3/4 sugar, juice of 1 lemon, 2 cups water
