Hi guys, Have a blessed Thanksgiving to you and you family. Here are some wonderful super easy festive recipes for you 12-14 pounds organic turkey soak in cold water, 1/4 cup vinegar, and 1 tablespoon salt for 30 minutes. After washed couple more times and drained 🍊Citrus Herb Brine In a pot over medium high heat bring four quarts of water to rapid boil then add all the ingredients listed below except for oranges and lemon. 2 tsp rosemary, sage, thyme each 7 cloves, 10 allspice, 4 bay leaves, 2 star anise, few pieces cinnamon sticks 1 tsp peppercorn, 3 tbsp salt 1/4 c apple vinegar, 8 cloves garlic 10 pieces Ginger 2 small oranges slice,1 lemon slice 2-3tablespoon raw sugar
boil for 30 minutes turn heat off at citrus and cool brine completely before image turkey and marinate for approximately 2 t 4 hours Spice Rub 1teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, paprika, Rosemary, sage, thyme, and 1/2 a teaspoon cayenne pepper Garlic Herb Butter 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1 tsp rosemary, sage, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Stuffing Turkey 1apple, 2 small onions, 2 cinnamon sticks, a few sprigs of sage and a head of garlic cut into halves follow additional steps on recipe video for additional information. 🍎Side Dishes🍎 🧄Rosemary garlic tricolor potatoes drizzle with olive oil 2 lb tricolor potato washed, boiled with salt drained and set aside 3-4 tablespoons oil 4 clove garlic chopped 2 fresh Rosemary sprigs or one teaspoon dry 4fresh thyme sprigs or two teaspoon thyme one tablespoon butter or olive oil salt and pepper to taste In a pan over medium heat at 3 to 4 tbsp of oil and fried potatoes turn potato gently cook additional 3 to 4 minutes and add garlic rosemary thyme and cook for about a minute or two pour into a serving pan drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley 😍Red Potato Drizzled with Garlic Butter 4 potatoes washed, boiled with salt cut into wedges In a non-stick pan, add 2 tbsp of oil and fried potato set aside In same pan add 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 tbsp of garlic, and cook until lightly golden then drizzle over potato and serve with black pepper and salt 🌾Green Onion Corn 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp butter 2 spray green onion chopped 2 clove garlic chopped salt and pepper to taste In a pan over medium heat, cook garlic and green onions with butter and oil...seasoned with salt and pepper. Now add the corn and cook for additional two minutes then serve 🍎Cranberry Ginger Apple Sauce🍎 in a pot over medium heat add 1 lb cranberry 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp men's Ginger 1 Apple finely chopped one orange zest plus the juice sprinkle of black pepper and a pinch of salt. cook for 30 to 40 minutes until fruits are tender then serve 🍎🍎 scrumptious sweet potato with Walnut raw sugar butter sauce 4 small sweet potatoes boiled with salt peeled and set aside For sauce: 2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 to 4 tbsp chopped walnut 1 tbsp raw sugar mint for garnish In a pan over medium heat, add butter, olive oil, and Walnut cook for a minute... add sugar continue cook for additional minute so Walnut is slightly toasted.. Now add sweet potatoes in single layer and lower heat down to low and allow the sweet potato to toast to get the caramelization on both side of the potatoes.. place in the serving plate decorate with mint and serve

"deliciouslysimple1" homecooking channel. Here is a super awesome recipe for you to make watermelon rind pickle so next time yo cut open a watermelon; don't throw away your watermelon rind...just pickled them cause they are rich in vitamins and minerals and healthy to eat.

Recipes:
6 cups water + 6 cups watermelon rinds+ 1 cup apple vinegar

Pickled spices and brines: 1 tsp coriander seeds, 2 star anise, 3-5 cloves, 2-3 pieces cinnamon sticks, 2 bay leaves,3 pieces ginger ~8 allspice 1 tsp coarse black pepper corn, and 1 tsp salt, 3/4 sugar, juice of 1 lemon, 2 cups water

Really wonderful and tasty treat, " Dates filled sesame donut/ dates filled sesame bake" for you. Donuts mmmm, you just got to try this out guys.

Filling:
date paste (store bought) shape into small balls of desire sizes

Donut Dough:
3 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp fennel powder, cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp cloves, nutmeg
4 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup milk + 1 tsp vinegar
2 eggs

Combined all ingredients together and slowly add water to make an elastic dough. Allow the dough to double in volume( 1 hr) before shaping in to small golf ball size. Second resting...15 minutes then add date paste...

Diy Birthday cakes/ Vanilla Strawberry Cake/ Vanilla Almond Cake

DIY birthday cakes that are super easy to do:- Vanilla Strawberry/ Berries Cake and Vanilla Almond Cake that are low in sugar, made with fresh whipped cream and fresh berries. Recipe for Vanilla Almond Cake with fresh cream and strawberries.

Ingredients:-
1.5 cup flour minus 3 tbsp flour
3 tablespoons corn starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking

1 cup crushed almond ( 1/2 cup for cake batter and 1/2 cup for cake filling) + 1 teaspoon almond extract

1/2 cup milk + 1&1/2 tsp vinegar
4 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp melted unsalted butter
2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Six eggs (separated whites from yolks)
3/4 cup separated (2 tbsp for syrup + 2 tbsp for egg whites+ plus the rest for egg yolks)

For filling and coating:-
1 qt fresh whipping cream
Vanilla sugar (opt)
2 tbsp powder sugar
Crushed toasted almond
Fresh berries

Light syrup:
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
Mixed well to dissolve sugar


🍓Here goes the preparation steps:-
1. Grease pan with oil or butter and then dusted with flour or line with parchment paper and set aside
🍓2. Prepare Cake Flour:-
1.5 cups flour removed 3 tablespoons of flour and replace it with 3 tbsp of corn starch. Add half teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoon baking powder. Sifted three to four times to remove any lumps on to have a find consistency and then set aside.

🍓3. Whipped egg whites to firm peak with 2 tbsp of sugar

🍓4. Egg yolk batter... Whipped egg yolks to pale yellow with sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add oil, butter, vanilla extract and mix well. Add flour mixture and milk mixture half at a time into the egg yolk batter. Combine well make---sure there's no lumps.

🍓5. Fold in egg whites mixture into egg yolks batter gently (1/3 at a time) then fold in 1/2 cup crushed almond into cake batter.

🍓6. Pour cake batter into baking pan and bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 50 minutes or until cake is done. Cool cake and slice as shown.
🍓🍓Soak cake with light syrup before filling with whipping cream and strawberries or whipping cream and almond then crumb coat and decorate as to your likeness.

Easy Pickle Vegetables

Here are a few simple pickle recipes for quick and easy pickle vegetables such as carrots, onion, garlic, lemon, and so forth


Recipes:
🧄Spicy Herb Pickled Garlic🧄
1 pound garlic
1 jalapeno
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp salt
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon black pepper corn
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon time
1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes
vinegar

🥕Pickled Carrots🥕
3 large carrots
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp salt
1 teaspoon peppercorn
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1/2 teaspoon oregano/rosemary
1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes
jalapeno (opt)
vinegar

Pickled Ginger
1/2 pound ginger thinly sliced
6garlic cloves
1 tbsp sugar
1tbsp salt
vinegar

🍋Pickled Lemons🍋

5-7 Small limes/lemons (1pound)
2 tbsp salt
vinegar

🍋Pickled Limes🍋
5-7 small limes (1pound)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp black pepper corn
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp salt
vinegar

🧅Pickled Onions🧅
2 pounds small onions
2 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp pepper flakes
1 tsp black pepper corn
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp salt
white vinegar / apple vinegar


🔷For each recipes:- Dissolved sugar and salt into 1/2 cup of vinegar and set aside.
🔷Combine all pickling spices into a sterile jar then packed vegetables tightly into the sterile jar.
🔷Now add the vinegary brine and enough vinegar to fill jar.
🔷Close the jar tightly and give it a good shake.

♥️That's all it guys... Smaller pieces of vegetables should be ready in about 2 weeks while larger pieces takes longer. These delectable pickles can last over 6months.

😍To prepare Quince Apples, you'll need:-
6 quince apples
3 tablespoons olive
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
water

😍 To prepare Ras al hanout, you need:-
4 teaspoons ginger
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
2 teaspoon tumeric
2 teaspoon cayanne pepper
2 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 teaspoon fennel powder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon mace
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cloves


To prepare lamb, you'll need:-
2.5 kg lamb
2 tablespoons Ras al hanout
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons turmeric
3-4 pieces cinnamon sticks
generous pinch saffron
2 large or 4 medium onions
8-10 cloves garlic
5 sprigs parsley and cilantro each
Water

Cardamom Spice Cake and Whipped Coffee





Here's fabulous and tasty cardamom spice cake with wiped coffee. A nice weekend treatment with just love and happiness around you to enjoy.

Recipe for Cardamom Spice Cake
1 and 1/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon clove, nutmeg, allspice
2 + 4 tbsp sugar
4 eggs separate white from yolk
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup coconut oil or melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup/can condensed milk for added sweetness and richness.

Steps:
Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment paper or brushed with butter

Combine all dry ingredients and set aside
Whipped egg whites with 2 tbsp of sugar to firm Peak (should take about 5 to 7 minutes) Whipped egg yolk with 4 tablespoons of sugar until pale yellow and all sugar are dissolved Add vanilla and coconut oil/ melted butter and continue whipping until the ribbon consistency is form
Add condensed milk and mix as shown
Add dry ingredients along with the milk in three batches that is, 1/3 at a time
Now that you have the cake batter prepared, the egg white prepared and your baking pan Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk batted as shown then pour the cake batter into the baking pan
Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit 40-55 minutes or check for doneness, enjoy1

Here is a unique one pot meal " 🐑 Rolambean🐑" :- is roasted leg of lamb with braised white beans serving homemade mashed potatoes

🐑For the recipe you will need a leg of lamb washed drained and cut slits into the lamb leg paired with some herbs and spices.

🐑Marinade:- you will need one teaspoon ginger, cayenne pepper, curry powder, turmeric, mustard seeds, paprika
2 teaspoon salt, and black pepper
6-8 tablespoon of oil
one head of garlic minced
one medium onion
quarter cup of chopped parsley quarter cup of chopped cilantro

🐑Mixed all the ingredients together and then rubbed it generously on to the lamb leg then let it marinade for 20 to 30 minutes

🐑Steps:
Heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and seared meat for 30 minutes uncovered then lower temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit covered lamb leg and baked for 30 minutes.

🐑Add large chopped onions, large chopped tomatoes to the beans as shown, covered pan then lower temperature to 275 degrees Fahrenheit and cook for additional 30 minutes or until meat is tender and beans are creamy.

🐑Arrange this tender lamb leg and creamy braised white beans onto a beautiful platter, garnished and served with homemade mash, Enjoy!
