Citrus Basmati Brown Rice and Urad dhall ( black mung bean)

Here is a Quick and Easy delicious meatless lunch yet very high in protein that took about 40-45 minutes of preparation.
Whole grain Basmati (has about 4g of protein) flavored with citrus are my family  favorite along with Black Mung Bean. This mung beans is loaded with protein since about 2 oz = 22g of protein and about 3-5g of fiber.

Accompany by a Radish Cucumber Salad

And Garlic Stir Fry Broccoli ~ My Family's Lunch.
