m'semmen (moroccan flat bread) OR
you can serve over pasta(cook pasta according to package) as well

Ingredients:
500 g white flour
1 / 2 tbsp baking yeast
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon  salt
¼ liter lukewarm water
Method:
1. mixed all ingrediends together and knead into a dough.
2. make small ball like the size of golf ball
3. roll out very thin  and brush with oil then fold to form squares
5. wait 5 minutes and roll out and cook on stove top on a hot grill/iron/skillet .

Rfissa Ingredients---chicken and sauce :
1 chicken - cut
2 large onions
4-6 tbsp olive oil
2 teaspoon ground ginger
pinch of saffron
1 bunch parsley
1 teaspoon fenugreek or rfissa spice
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup lintel
about 1 liter water because we need to have a sauce
Method:
1. Brown chicken, add onion and cook for 5 minutes then add the rest of ingredients except lintel and simmer on medium until chicken is cooked then add lintel and simmer on low heat until lintelis tender. Maybe you can also add about 1 cup more water




After cooking the chicken, remove and place in oven 250 degrees( this is optional, i tend to love my chicken like this)  then add lintel and sauce over m'semmen

Cherry Red Shrimp


Cherry Red Shrimp 

cherry red shrimp season with sea salt, black pepper, and thyme then put in hot oven 450 for about 10-12 minutes.( very delicious-my family love this)
